Miura Golf- Now Available

We have been carrying Miura Golf Clubs for about a year now and they never disappoint. The quality of Miura products are definitely the reason they are one of our best selling brands.

There are two sets of golf clubs on the market. The kind that work, and the kind that don’t. Miura Golf Clubs take the cake for owning the former category in every conceivable realm.  If you have ever been on a golf course, at some point you have been in the tee box, riding the cart to the next hole, or waiting for your next swing, and have had a conversation about “who really makes the best clubs.”  We can just about guarantee that somewhere in that conversation, Miura was mentioned. Not because of marketing, or because some commercial or golf pro told you it was the best, but because you have had the club in your hands and felt the grip slide into your palms.  Ask anyone who has tried a Miura club.

Why? What sets Miura apart from the rest? We can speak from experience, because with all the products we carry, we wouldn’t sell them to you, if we wouldn’t buy them ourselves. We have played with these clubs. So when we tell you that they are the best on the market, we are speaking from experience.

Miura Golf is based in Japan and are known around the world for making the world's finest forged golf clubs, designed and manufactured by patriarch and club expert Katsuhiro Miura with the help of his sons Yoshitaka and Shinei, whom he personally trained.

Miura makes its forged clubs -- irons, wedges and putters -- in the company's one factory and one forge, both in the city of Himeji, which was for centuries the seat of the ancient Japanese art of samurai sword making. While demand for those weapons has diminished, the generations of steelmaking skill and passion have not -- and these are the attributes that the Miura family brings to the creation of the world's best golf weapons.

Miura’s forged club-heads are arguably the most impeccable, clean, and solid club-head offering available on the market. From design, to manufacturing, to finished club, top brands aren’t even on the save level as Miura.  Katsuhiro Miura, who began making golf clubs in 1957, hand-grinds clubs in his factory every day alongside Yoshitaka Miura, while Shinei Miura supervises the forging. Miura clubs are made one by one, using many handcrafting processes, and will never be mass produced.

The process may seem a bit much, but the craftsmanship is what makes Miura the best of the best. Their one-by-one special forging techniques guarantee that the grain of steel in each club will be fine and uniform, with no voids or tiny bubbles that could interfere with the famous Miura purity of the strike. This grain, more comparable to a jar of sand than a jar of marbles, is the result of careful and patient forging and finishing, and it sets Miura apart from other clubs.

Because Miura is as pure as it gets, we aren’t going to tell you that buying the clubs will improve your game. Aside from the respect carrying the clubs will garner on the course, the clubs themselves aren’t going to have you swinging any better, but a custom club-fitting will. You wouldn’t go out and buy a random pair of shoes off the shelf and expect them to do you justice, would you? No, you strategically pick your size, shape, style. That’s why a club-fitting is crucial. Having the clubs in your hands crafted for your swing, your weight, your step, will maximize your potential, and is really the only way to get your money’s worth out of a Miura. When we do club-fitting, we strive for the same unique one-by-one standards as Miura and want to ensure that when you step up to tee off, you are equipped with the best possible club for you.
